Oh dear
I’m currently planning a trip to Texas for the first week of May and I’m researching places to camp and/or hike in close proximity to Austin. Currently high on my list is Enchanted Rock State Park. This gem comes from a Trip Advisor review of the park:

“Not a quick place to stop off to see the “Enchanted rocks” You have to pay to go hiking or camping and you can’t take any rocks with you. We didnt stay when we found out all of this so I cant rate anymore than this. “
What fun is traveling to a giant rock if you can’t take any of the rocks with you???
